This 60-minute, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class cycles through cardio, strength, and core work and ends with a relaxing meditation to help you recharge. HIIT Community Classes are open to all moms who are at least 4 months postpartum for drop ins. No commitment and no contract. All studio classes are child-free.
