This program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert. We are a stroller-friendly running group, however this program is open to all moms of any age and stage in motherhood (stroller not required). You'll learn about the fundamentals of running including running gear, running form, injury prevention, pace, etc. You'll get weekly coached group runs, drills & cross-training workouts. Beginners can expect to walk and run, slowly adding time onto the running portion of their training. Advanced and intermediate runners will focus on mastering tempo runs, sprints, fartleks, hills, drills and cross training, increasing your speed, endurance and strength.

Our Run Club includes:

  • Coached training runs on Saturday Mornings at 8am. Locations vary: sign up to get this week's location!
  • A killer cross-training at the end of every run followed by a restorative cool down
  • Get a customized training geared towards completion of a 5K, 10K or a Half Marathon
  • Guidance in a supportive atmosphere with other women working towards the similar goals
  • Facebook group for moms to collaborate on runs, share successes, ask for coaching advice, etc

Free with your Unlimited Membership or $29 per month with a 2 month commitment. We also offer Drop Ins and 8 Class Passes.
