Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking or running and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

Body Back® Transformation: Ready to take your health and fitness to the next level? Our specially-trained coaches will take you on a journey to reach your fullest potential. Our meal plans, accountability and assessments are proven by university-backed studies to shed fat, increase strength and endurance, tone muscle and improve energy.

Body Back® Membership: Experience High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) total-body workouts that challenge even the elite athlete. Our safe and effective workouts address the body of the postnatal woman, whether she had her baby six months ago or 20 years ago.

Body Back Community Class 1 visit freeFrom $18 per visit with BOOST - 8 Class Pass pass

Experience High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) total-body workouts that challenge even the elite athlete. Our safe and effective workouts address the body of the postnatal woman, whether she had her baby six months ago or 20 years ago. Community Classes are open to everyone (current clients, alumni or non-clients), as long as you are at least 4 months postpartum. If you've never tried a Body Back class before, your first class is free!

As space is limited, we ask that you cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation or missed class fee.
Please bring a yoga mat, water and a small towel. You must be at least 4 months postpartum and not currently pregnant to participate. You may purchase single classes or an 8 class pass for Community Classes.

Reminder: all Body Back classes are child-free. If you would like to workout with your baby, consider enrolling in Stroller Strides or Stroller Barre instead.

After completing your transformation are you looking for flexible drop in classes? Then BOOST is for you! Blast calories, increase strength and endurance and connect with fun, like minded women at the same time. Membership and class pass options available. Check out our schedule for dates and times. This option is recommended only if you have achieved or are close to achieving your current fitness goals. Option available if you have completed at least 2 Body Back Transformation Sessions.
