Are you at least 4 months postpartum and ready to kick your health and fitness into high gear? Sign up for Body Well!
Body Well is about the journey, meeting you where you are & challenging you to grow. This 8-week program includes small group fitness coaching, nutritional guidance, recipes + meal planners, community-based workouts, and weekly challenges to help you manage stress and sleep better. Body Well will focus on improving your physical and mental well-being with a community of mamas to support you every step of the way.
What does the 8 week Body Well Program Include?
- 2-3 Workouts recommended per week in a group format on Zoom
- Access to all our virtual classes
- Bonus in person pop up classes, masked, socially distanced for those comfortable
- 5-10 Minute Guided Meditation at the end of every class
- Meal Planning Tools & Recipes created by a registered dietician
- Food Journal
- Before and After fitness assessments and measurements
- Personal coaching and support from your trainer
- Fun Swag Box!
